Maple cream is pure maple syrup, heated to a hire temperature and whipped. Use as a topping for toast or a glaze for cookies. Add some pizzazz to baked chicken or pork, plain yogurt or use as a dip for fruits. You may even find yourself eating it by the spoonful!
